The MCPura coupe starts at Rs 4.35 crore, while the Cielo costs Rs 5.2 crore and the GT2 Stradale is priced at Rs 5.72 crore.
Maserati has announced prices for its 2027 MCPura range in India. The Italian luxury carmaker has also launched the GT2 Stradale supercar in the country. The MCPura coupe is priced at Rs 4.35 crore, while the Cielo convertible costs Rs 5.2 crore. The track-focused GT2 Stradale carries a price tag of Rs 5.72 crore. All prices are ex-showroom.
Both models target buyers looking for high-performance luxury cars. The MCPura offers coupe and convertible body styles. Meanwhile, the GT2 Stradale brings race-inspired engineering to a road-legal supercar.
2027 Maserati MCPura: Engine and Performance
The MCPura was introduced globally as an updated version of the MC20. The 2027 model year does not bring major mechanical changes. It continues to use the 3.0-litre twin-turbo Nettuno V6 petrol engine.
This engine produces 630 hp and 720 Nm of torque. Power is sent to the rear wheels through an eight-speed dual-clutch automatic gearbox. Maserati claims that both the MCPura coupe and Cielo can accelerate from 0-100 kmph in 2.9 seconds. Their top speed is rated at more than 320 kmph.
The Cielo is the convertible version of the MCPura. Its retractable roof can open or close in 12 seconds. The system can also operate at speeds of up to 50 kmph.
2027 Maserati MCPura: Design and Interior
The updated MCPura carries forward the design changes introduced during its global debut. The front gets a more aggressive appearance with gloss-black accents. It also features new MCPura badging and fresh alloy wheel designs.
Maserati has expanded the exterior colour choices. One of the new options is the AI Aqua Rainbow finish. This special paint changes its appearance in sunlight and creates a rainbow-like effect.
Inside, the supercar receives an updated steering wheel and revised colour schemes. Buyers also get new upholstery options. The cabin features laser-etched 3D Alcantara seats.
Maserati GT2 Stradale: Engine and Performance
The GT2 Stradale is the more track-focused model in Maserati’s new Indian range. It is based on the MC20 and draws inspiration from the brand’s GT2 race car. The supercar combines road usability with race-focused engineering.
It uses a 3.0-litre twin-turbo Nettuno V6 petrol engine. The engine produces 640 hp and 720 Nm of torque. This is 10 hp more than the standard MC20.
An eight-speed dual-clutch automatic gearbox sends power to the rear wheels. Maserati claims a 0-100 kmph time of 2.8 seconds. Its claimed top speed stands at 324 kmph.
The GT2 Stradale also gets a redesigned aerodynamic package. Changes include a new front bumper, front diffuser and bonnet. Wheel-arch vents help release hot air and reduce pressure around the body.

Larger rear air intakes improve cooling airflow by 16 per cent. At the back, the car gets a large adjustable rear wing with three settings. In its high-drag setting, the wing helps generate up to 500 kg of downforce at 280 kmph. The standard MC20 generates 145 kg at the same speed.
Maserati GT2 Stradale: Chassis and Weight
The GT2 Stradale uses a carbon-fibre monocoque structure. It shares this lightweight construction with the MC20 and GT2 race car. The supercar has a dry weight of 1,365 kg. This makes it 60 kg lighter than the standard MC20. Its 20-inch single-nut forged alloy wheels help reduce weight by around 19 kg.
Maserati has also revised the suspension, steering and braking systems. These changes draw inspiration from the GT2 race car. The supercar gets a front-axle lift system as well. It can raise the front end by 35 mm to help clear road obstacles.
Production of the GT2 Stradale is limited to 914 units worldwide. The number refers to 1914, the year Maserati was founded. However, the company has not disclosed how many units will reach India.
2027 Maserati MCPura and GT2 Stradale: Price in India
The Maserati MCPura coupe starts at Rs 4.35 crore. This represents an increase of Rs 23 lakh compared with last year’s price. The MCPura Cielo costs Rs 5.2 crore, which is Rs 8 lakh higher. The GT2 Stradale is priced at Rs 5.72 crore. It sits above both MCPura versions in the Indian range. All prices are ex-showroom.
The supplied pricing details also point to a possible change in import costs. Prices could reduce once the India-EU Free Trade Agreement comes into effect next year. However, the impact will depend on the final import duty rules and applicable conditions for limited units of European-made petrol cars.
With these launches, Maserati has updated several models in its Indian portfolio. The Grecale, GranTurismo and GranCabrio facelifts were also introduced on the same day. The company has not yet announced the India allocation for the limited-production GT2 Stradale.
