The upcoming iQOO Neo 12 has reportedly appeared on Geekbench with Android 17, a Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chip and 16GB RAM.
The iQOO Neo 12 is reportedly in development for the Chinese market. The phone could debut later this month, according to the provided information. It may also launch globally under the name iQOO 16R.
Ahead of the expected launch, an alleged iQOO Neo 12 has appeared on Geekbench. The listing reveals several key details about the phone’s hardware and software.

The Geekbench listing identifies the device as the vivo V2618A. It is shown running Android 17 and carrying 16GB of RAM.
The device scored 3,621 points in the single-core test. It achieved 11,078 points in the multi-core test.
The listing names the motherboard as “canoe”. It also points to Qualcomm’s SM8850 platform for the processor.
The SM8850 designation corresponds to the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5. This processor has also been linked to the iQOO Neo 12 in earlier reports.
The Geekbench entry shows an eight-core processor setup. Six cores are listed with a clock speed of 3.63GHz, while two performance cores can reach 4.61GHz.
Possible iQOO 16R connection
Tipster Abhishek Yadav has claimed that iQOO is developing two new devices. One is a smartphone with the PD2618 model number, which corresponds to the V2618A for China.
The other device is reportedly a tablet with the DPD2653 model number. According to the claim, both devices will use the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5.
The devices are also said to support gaming features introduced with the iQOO 16 and iQOO Pad Ultra. These features reportedly include improved Vulkan shadows in Delta Force and optimisation for Infinity Nikki.
Yadav has also claimed that the V2618A could be rebranded as the iQOO 16R in India. However, this information has not been officially confirmed in the provided details.
iQOO Neo 12 specifications reportedly tipped
Earlier information from Digital Chat Station suggests that the iQOO Neo 12 could feature a 2K display. The panel is also said to support an unusually high 185Hz refresh rate.
The display is reportedly supplied by Visionox. It is claimed to be the world’s first mass-produced 2K 185Hz display.
