Xiaomi sub-brand Redmi has launched the Redmi 17C 5G in India. The new budget smartphone was launched on Thursday as the second model in the company’s latest lineup.

The Redmi 17C 5G joins the recently unveiled Redmi 17 5G. The new handset will be available in Coffee Brew, Dark Night, and Purple Dawn colour options.

The phone has a 6.9-inch HD+ LCD display with a refresh rate of up to 120Hz. It is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 6300 chipset and packs a 6,000mAh battery.

The Redmi 17C 5G starts at Rs. 20,999 in India. This price is for the version with 4GB of RAM and 128GB of storage.

The 6GB RAM and 128GB storage model costs Rs. 22,999. The phone will go on sale in India from October 7 through Amazon and the Xiaomi online store.

The smartphone is available in three colour options. These are Coffee Brew, Dark Night, and Purple Dawn.
