HMD has confirmed the launch date, colours and key specifications of its new Vibe series smartphone.
HMD Vibe 2 Pro India launch is set for September 29. HMD has confirmed the date and shared key details about the phone. It will be sold in India through Flipkart.
The phone will have a 6.78-inch full-HD+ display with a 120Hz refresh rate. It will be available in Aqua Green, Cosmic Purple and Silver Mist.
HMD says the Vibe 2 Pro will use the MediaTek Dimensity 6300 chipset. It will offer up to 8GB of RAM and 128GB of storage. The phone will have a 6,000mAh battery and support 33W wired charging.
The Vibe 2 Pro will have two rear cameras. The main camera will use a 64-megapixel Sony IMX682 sensor. A 2-megapixel macro camera will sit alongside it. A 13-megapixel front camera will handle selfies and video calls.

The phone will ship with Android 16. It will also include Indus AI. HMD says the feature can support 22 Indian languages.
The Vibe 2 Pro will expand HMD’s Vibe smartphone range in India. The company launched the Vibe 2 5G in the country in May this year. That model started at Rs. 10,999 and has a 6.7-inch 120Hz display.
The Vibe 2 5G also has a 50-megapixel main camera and a 6,000mAh battery. It supports 18W wired charging.
More details, including the India price of the HMD Vibe 2 Pro, are expected at the September 29 launch.
